Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint or concern about any of the services you have received please let us know.

We are continually striving to ensure that the care you receive from Your Heart Scan is of the highest quality. When there has been a cause for concern we will acknowledge our shortcomings and aim to rectify things as quickly as possible.

 

We are committed to using the lessons learned to improve the quality of our services accordingly.

You should address your concern in writing to Mrs Claire Nieuwoudt, Director of Your Heart Scan and CQC  Registered Manager or Abby Litting CQC Registered Company Nominated Individual. We will make sure that your concerns are dealt with promptly and in the correct way.
