Blood pressure monitoring at home
With our simple device it is possible to take a recording of your blood pressure over 24 hours as you go about your daily life. It is often referred to as Ambulatory monitoring.
Why do I need an Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring?
You may have self-referred for blood pressure monitoring and this could be for any of the reasons below, or you just want reassurance that your blood pressure is normal for your own health and well-being.
Your device will be dispatched to your home address within 48 hours via Royal Mail Next Day delivery. You will be provided with a prepaid envelope to drop the device off at your local post office after use, this will send the device back to us - via next day delivery. If you are unable to to take your device to a post office, we will organise a courier to collect the device.

​Fitting your ambulatory blood pressure device
Our devices are very simple to fit yourself, with easy-to-use instructions.
No special preparations are needed prior to fitting the blood pressure monitor. Please continue to take all your medications. The only thing you cannot do while wearing the device is shower, bath or any activity that would immerse the device in water.

You will place an arm cuff around your arm, which fastens with velcro and is attached to a monitoring device. This sits in a small pouch that can then be hung around your neck or attached at your waistband. The readings are taken automatically so you can carry on with your normal daily activities.

You will be provided with a prepaid envelope to drop the device off at your local post office after use to send the device back to us via next day delivery. If you are unable to to take your device to a post office, we will organise a courier to collect the device.
