To protect our other patients, staff, and the public, and to enable us to practice effectively, we are following these protocols for all of our patient appointments. Please read carefully the information below.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms in adults
Symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) in adults can include:

a high temperature or shivering (chills) – a high temperature means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
-
a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours
-
a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste
-
shortness of breath
-
feeling tired or exhausted
-
an aching body
-
a headache
-
a sore throat
-
a blocked or runny nose
-
loss of appetite
-
diarrhoea
-
feeling sick or being sick
Before attending your appointment, please answer the following questions:

Do you have any of the above symptoms?

Have you tested positive for Coronavirus in the last 10 days?

Have you been in contact with anyone confirmed to be Coronavirus positive in the last 14 days?
If you have answered ‘YES’ to any of the above, please DO NOT attend the appointment. Instead, telephone us as soon as possible for advice or for your appointment to be rescheduled.
​Attending your appointment
If you have answered ‘NO’ to all of the previous questions, you may attend your appointment.

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your allocated time slot.

If you are running late, please call us, we will do our best to see you, however we may need to cancel and rearrange your appointment.

Please make use of the hand sanitisers available within the room as you arrive and leave, as well as during your visit.

Wearing a face mask is now a personal choice, however we advise due to the nature of the test and close contact with our Physiologists that you consider wearing a face mask. This can be provided for you.
Please be aware that staff will be wearing face masks for the safety of both our patients and clinical staff.
